Explanation: If this command is sent when the player is in Random Access
Mode or Setup Mode, the Reject Mode starts and disc rotation
stops. When disc rotation completely stops, the completion status
is returned, and the player enters Park.

Function: Disc rotation is started.
Format: S A
Explanation: If this command is sent when the player is in Park or Reject Mode,
the Setup Mode begins and disc rotation is started. When the
player is ready to begin playing the audio and video content of the
disc, it enters Pause Mode at the first position in the program area
of the disc. Then the completion status is returned.
Execution: * Park Mode, disc in tray.
