● Powering on sequence
1 Power on of all the server UPS units
2 Server startup
The server OS startup is suspended until the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system
startup is complete (*1).
3 Issuance of command to turn on the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system from the
power synchronized unit
4 ETERNUS DX Disk storage system startup
*1: The server must be set to suspend server OS startup until the ETERNUS DX Disk storage
system startup is complete.
