Using the Digest functions
INTRO SCAN
Plays the first ten seconds of each track of a CD-DA or VIDEO CD in turn.
DIGEST DISC
The first images of nine tracks of a VIDEO CD are displayed as 9 mini screens at a time on the TV screen.
DIGEST TRACK
A single track of a VIDEO CD is divided into 9 parts and the first image of each part is displayed as one of 9 mini screens.
Select the desired Digest function.

Press the STOP key.

Select the CD input.
÷ To stop playback during VIDEO CD playback (with PBC
ON), keep the STOP key depressed for more than 2
seconds.
1 Display the menu.
2 Select the desired function with a numeric
key (1 to 4).
The Digest menu is displayed on the screen.
÷ The selected Digest function is executed.
÷ The menu items "2. DIGEST DISC" and "3. DIGEST
TRACK" can be selected only for VIDEO CD playback.
