To play a VIDEO CD in slow motion, press the
SLOW key during playback.
Each press of the SLOW key changes the speed.
1 Slow 1 = 2 Slow 2 = 3 Slow 3
÷ There will be no sound during slow-motion
playback.
÷ To resume normal playback press the CD 6 key of
the CD player.
Single-frame playback
÷ Each press of the STEP key advances the picture by
one frame.
÷ There will be no sound during single-frame
playback.
÷ To resume normal playback, press the CD 6 key
of the CD player.
Freezing only the image
When the FREEZE key is pressed during playback
of a VIDEO CD, only the image is frozen while the
audio continues to be played. The freeze function
is cancelled and return to the normal playback
image automatically when the corresponding
menu (scene) is changed.
÷ To cancel the frozen image, press the FREEZE key
or CD 6 key.
Forward and backward search
To quickly advance or reverse the playback
picture of a VIDEO CD, press the 1 or ¡ key
during playback.
÷ There will be no sound during forward or backward
search.
÷ To resume normal playback, press the CD 6 key
of the CD player.
÷ The setting contents are displayed on the display
section and the TV screen.
Each press of the ¡ key changes the search
speed.
1 FF x1 = 2 FF x2 = 3 FF x3 = 4 FF x4
Each press of the 1 key changes the search
speed.
1 FB x1 = 2 FB x2 = 3 FB x3 = 4 FB x4
Switching the audio output
When playing a disc and MP3 files with multiple
audio channels (such as Karaoke discs or
bilingual discs), you can select the desired audio.
÷ The setting contents are displayed on the display
section and the TV screen.
Each press changes the setting cyclically.
1 STEREO ....... Normal playback
2 MONO - L ..... Left channel only
3 MONO - R .... Right channel only
