Specifications and Regulatory Information
This chapter lists specification and characteristics of the instrument. The dis-
tinction between these terms is described as follows:
• Specifications describe warranted performance over the temperature range
0

C to +45
°
C and relative humidity <95% (unless otherwise noted). All speci-
fications apply after the instrument’s temperature has been stabilized after
15 minutes of continuous operation.
•
Characteristics
provide useful information by giving functional, but nonwarrant-
ed, performance parameters.
Characteristics are printed in this typeface.
Calibration cycle
This instrument requires periodic verification of performance. The instrument
should have a complete verification of specifications at least once every two
years.
