Tuner Operations
5 Press or b.
A preset number appears in the display.
6 Press V/v repeatedly to select
the preset number you want.
You can select the preset number directly
by pressing the number buttons.
7 Press .
“COMPLETE” appears in the display,
and the station is stored.
8 Press MENU/HOME.
9 Repeat 2 to 8 to store other
stations.
To change the preset number
Restart from step 3.
(Except model of area code CEL,
CEK)
The AM tuning interval can be set to either
10 kHz or 9 kHz.
1 Press TUNER/BAND repeatedly
until “AM” appears in the
display.
2 Press MENU/HOME.
3 Press V/v repeatedly until “AM
STEP” appears in the display,
then press or b.
“9K STEP” or “10K STEP” appears in
the display.
4 Press .
“COMPLETE” appears in the display.
The AM tuning interval is changed.
5 Press MENU/HOME.
Note
If you change the interval, AM preset stations will
be erased.
1 Press TUNER repeatedly to
select the FM or AM band.
2 Press PRESET + or PRESET –
repeatedly to select the preset
station you want.
Each time you press the button, the
receiver tunes in one preset station.
You can also press the numeric buttons to
select the preset station you want. Then,
press ENTER to enter the selection.
You can enter a name for preset stations.
These names (for example, “XYZ”) appear in
the display when a station is selected.
Note that no more than one name can be
entered for each preset station.
1 Press TUNER repeatedly to
select the FM or AM band.
You can also use INPUT SELECTOR on
the receiver.
2 Press PRESET + or PRESET –
repeatedly to select the preset
station you want to create an
index name for.
3 Press MENU/HOME.
4 Press V/v repeatedly to select
“NAME IN”.
5 Press .
6 Create a name by using
V/v/B/b.
Press V/v repeatedly to select a character,
then press b to move the cursor to the
next position. Letters, numbers and other
symbols can be input for a radio station
name.
