6 Finalisation et effacement

1 Load the CD–R or CD–RW you want to finalize.
• Check that the disc is free from dust, dirt and scratches—if
necessary, clean the disc following the guidelines on page 73.
2 Press FINALIZE.
The recorder goes into record-pause mode, then the display
changes to:
REC
MIN SEC
• Press 7 (CD-R side) here to cancel finalization.
3 Press 6 (CD-R side) to start finalization.
Finalization takes about 2 minutes; you'll see how long there is
still to go in the display.
After finalization is complete:
If a CD-R is loaded, the CD-R indicator changes to CD.
If a CD-RW is loaded, the
FINALIZE
indicator lights in the display.
• None of the controls on the player or the remote have any effect
during finalization. If, however, the recorder hasn't managed to
finalize the disc within 10 minutes, you can abort the operation by
pressing 7. If you do this, the disc won't be playable on an
ordinary CD player.
1 Chargez le CD-R ou CD-RW que vous
souhaitez finaliser.
• Vérifiez que le disque est exempt de poussière, de saleté et de
rayures — si nécessaire, nettoyez-le en suivant les
indications de la page 73.
2 Appuyez sur FINALIZE.
L’enregistreur passe en mode pause d’enregistrement, puis
l’affichage passe à:

• Appuyez sur

(côté CD-R) pour annuler la finalisation.
3 Appuyez sur
6
(côté CD-R) pour démarrer
la finalisation.
La finalisation exige environ 2 minutes; l’afficheur
indiquera le temps restant.
Après la finalisation:
Si un CD-R est chargé, l’indicateur CD-R passe à CD.
Si un CD-RW est chargé, l’indicateur
FINALIZE
s’allume sur
l’afficheur.
• Aucune des commandes du lecteur ou de la télécommande
n’est opérante pendant la finalisation. Mais si l’enregistreur
n’a pas réussi à terminer la finalisation dans les 10
minutes, vous pouvez abandonner cette opération en
appuyant sur
7
. Dans ce cas, le disque ne sera pas lisible
sur un lecteur CD ordinaire.
