Editing CD text
The CD recorder can store information for up to three discs at one
time. When an unfinalized CD-R containing CD text is loaded, this
text will automatically return to memory. Before finalizing the CD-
R, you can go back and edit the text as many times as you like, or
until you input CD text for a fourth disc (this will erase the oldest
information in memory).
1 Load the CD-R or CD-RW you wish to edit.
2 Press NAME.
Choose the name you wish to edit as in steps 1–3 of Using
CD text.
3 Edit the text.
See step 6 of Using CD text.
4 Eject or finalize the disc.
See Finalizing a disc on page 50 if you have finished all
the recording and editing that you want do to.
Édition du texte CD
L’enregistreur CD peut mémoriser en même temps des informations
pour 3 disques au maximum. Lorsque vous chargez un CD-R non
finalisé, contenant du texte CD, ce texte repassera
automatiquement en mémoire. Avant de finaliser le CD-R, vous
pouvez donc “éditer” le texte autant que fois que vous le voulez, ou
jusqu’à la saisie d’un texte CD pour un 4e disque (dans ce cas, les
informations les plus anciennes seront effacées).
1 Chargez le CD-R ou le CD-RW que vous
voulez éditer.
2 Appuyez sur NAME.
Par les étapes 1-3 sous Utilisation du texte CD, choisissez le
nom que vous voulez éditer.
3 Éditez le texte.
Consultez l’étape 6 sous Utilisation du texte CD.
4 Éjectez ou finalisez le disque.
Reportez-vous à Finalisation d’un disque à la page 50
lorsque vous avez terminé l’enregistrement et l’édition de
texte que vous vouliez faire.
7 Appuyez à nouveau sur NAME pour valider
le texte et repasser à l’affichage de sélection
de titre.
Si vous composez un titre de plage, vous devez l’attribuer à
un numéro de plage en utilisant 4 ou ¢ ou le
numéro correspondant sur la télécommande. En appuyant
deux fois sur NAME, vous repassez au menu précédent
(étape 2).
Remarque: Si vous enregistrez du changeur de CD vers le côté
CD-R de l’appareil, le texte CD sera aussi enregistré, mais
seulement en mode Disc Copy et pas à l’enregistrement de
plages individuelles.
7 Press NAME again to enter the text and
return to the title selection display.
If you are inputting a track title, you must assign it to a
track number using 4 or ¢, or the corresponding
number on the remote control. Pressing NAME twice takes
you back to the previous menu (step 2).
Note: When recording from the CD changer to the CD-R side of
the unit, CD text will also be recorded. However, only during Disc
Copy mode and not when recording individual tracks.
