Pressing the Volume + or the Volume - Keys/Buttons raises and lowers the speaker output and the preamplifi-
er output for the zone in which you are located. (Zones that have their preamplifier outputs set to the fixed
mode are not affected by the volume keys/buttons, see Installation Settings.)
