Repeatinga desiredpart [A-BRepeat]
You can repeat playback of a desired part by
specifying the beginning (point A) and ending
(point B).
• During playback
1 Press ON SCREEN twice•
The on-screen bar appears on the TV screen.
Press Cursor I_/< to highlight
Press ENTER•

Press Cursor •/A repeatedly to select
"A-B"•
Press ENTER at the beginning of the
part you want to repeat (point A).
The repeat mode indicator "_ A- " appears on the display
windo,ac
6 Press ENTER at the end of the partyou
want to repeat (point B).
The repeat mode indicator on the display window changes to
"_-_-A - B" and A-B Repeat Playback starts.
7 Press ON SCREEN•
The on-screen bar disappears.
To cancel
Select "OFF" in step 4, then press ENTER.
NOTE
• When playing back aDVD VIDEO/DVD VR,A BRepeat Playback is
possible only within the same title.
• "A B" cannot be selected during Program and Random Playback.
• "A-B" cannot be selected during playback with PBC function.
You can lock the tray and prohibit unwanted disc ejection.
IMPORTANT
Befbre using the remote control *br the fbllowing
operation;
• Set the remote control mode selector to AUDIO.
NOTE
• Beforeyou start operation; There is atime limit when
AUDIO _
doing the following steps. Ifthe setting iscancelled befbre you finish,
start from step l again.

2 Press Cursor •/A to select the item
you want to set.
• BAL. (Balance):
You can adjust the balance of the sound between "R (right)
21" and "L (left) 21'_To set the balance to normal, select
"CNTR (center)".
• MON. (Monitor Out):
Select the video output jack type by which you watch DVD
playback after connecting your TxZ(See page 10.) Set the
video output to use A\ COMPU LINK remote control
system. (See page 37.)

S: To watch DVD playback via the S-VIDEO jack.

3 Press Cursor I_/< to make an
adjustment or selection.

The adjustment is set and the display automatically disappears
a fewseconds later.
On the center unit ONLY:
While the system is turned off
Pressand hold

DISC 1
• "LOCKED" appears on the disph W window.
• If you try to eject the disc, "LOCKED" appears to indicate that
the tray is locked.
To cancel
Carry out the same operation again.
• "UNLOCKED" appears on the display window.
