8.1. General
All channels that are known at this time have been stored in the ST 6002 S. However, as new satel-
lites and channels frequently can appear, it is possible for you to receive and store these yourself.
To do this you need to obtain the appropriate publication that reports on all such developments.

7.3.6. Parental Channel Lock
It is possible to deny access to channels which you only wish
to be called up via the remote control. Operating the applian-
ce using the buttons on the front panel is no longer possible:
a) Having selected the appropriate channel select the option
“Parental channel lock” and press ENTER. The message “Chan-
nel locked” will appear on the screen. On the receiver display
the channel indicator F*** will be replaced by L***. In addition,
the receiver automatically moves on to the next channel.
Now it is only possible to call up a blocked channel by direct
entry of the channel number via the key pad.
b) To lift the block you must first call up the blocked channel.
Then press the MENU button and move the cursor once again
to “Parental channel lock”. By pressing ENTER the block on
the channel is lifted and the message “Channel unlocked” is
displayed.
