Long-time recording
(MDLP)
Select each recording mode according to
the recording time that you want.
Stereo recording is possible at 2 times
(LP2) or 4 times (LP4) the normal
(stereo) recording time. Monaural
recording at 2 times normal recording
time is also possible.
MDs recorded in monaural, LP2, or
LP4 mode can be played back only
on MD players or recorders with
monaural, LP2, or LP4 playback
mode.
1 While the recorder is stopped, press
MENU.
2 Press > or . repeatedly until
“R-MODE” flashes in the display,
and then press ENTER.
3 Press> or . repeatedly to
select the desired recording mode,
and then press ENTER.
4 Press N while pressing REC.
5 Play the sound source.
To stop recording
Press x.
The recorder remains at the previous
setting of the recording mode when you
record the next time.
