1 Use the DSP MODE button to turn on a DSP effect.
You can cycle through the five different types with the DSP
button.
2 Play a source (CD, tape,etc.) and set the master volume to a
moderate level.
3 Press the CH SELECT button.
The first speaker FL (front left) and it's relative volume level
(+/- **dB) appears in the display.
4 Adjust the front left (FL) speaker level with the
CHANNEL LEVEL +/– buttons.
Adjust the volumes of the speakers to a standard level of your
choice when seated in your normal listening position.
5 Press CH SELECT again to move to the next speaker.
The second speaker CT (center) and it's relative volume level
(+/-**dB) appears in the display.
6 Adjust the center (CT) speaker level with the
CHANNEL LEVEL +/– buttons.
Adjust the volume of the speaker so its volume seems the same
as the previous speaker from your normal listening position.
7 Repeat steps 3 & 4 for all of your speakers.
Adjust the volumes of all the speakers so their volume seems
the same from your normal listening position.
• These speaker level settings are applicable to DSP
effects only.
• Each effect level applies only to the DSP type (HALL
for example) that it is set in. You can set the effect
levels for each type independently.
