Selecting a different file or track

number of the file or track you want appears in the display.

Searching for a passage within a track
1 During playback press »8« or »9« and keep it pressed until
the passage has been found.
– Playback begins if you release »
8« or »9«.
Note:
During the search the volume is reduced.
Selecting albums and tracks (MP3/WMA only)
1 During playback, select the folder with »A« or »
S
«.
2 Select the track by pressing »8« or »9«.
– Playback of the track starts automatically after a short time.
Notes:
You can also select folders and tracks in the stop position.
However, you must then start playback of the track with »
e
II«.
The root folder is shown as number 1. However, a folder can only
be shown and selected if it actually contains MP3/WMA tracks.
Opening up track information (MP3/WMA only)
You can open track information (ID3 tag) in ticker text with this
function.
1 During playback the display switches to displaying the file name.
2 Press »DISPLAY« on the remote control.
– You are provided with information on the track, the artist and
the album if such information is stored on the CD.
3 To return to the file name display, press »DISPLAY« repeatedly
on the remote control until the file name is displayed again.
