TUNER MODE

Selecting the TUNER input source
1 Press »M« to select the input source.
– Display: »
TUNER« briefly, then the frequency.
– The most recently selected channel is activated (Last Station
Memory).
– Display: the preset, the frequency and the station name.
Selecting presets
1 Press »BAND« on the remote control to select the frequency
band (FM or MW).
2 Select the desired preset number with »A« or »
S
«.
– Display: e.g. the preset »
P 02« and »PROGRAM«.
Stereo/mono reception
When the hi-fi system receives FM stereo channels, »ST.« appears
in the display. If the signal from the FM stereo channel is weak, you
can improve the sound quality by switching to mono reception.
1 Press »FM MODE« on the remote control to switch to mono re-
ception.
– Display: »
MONO« briefly, »)« disappears.
2 To switch back to FM stereo, press »FM MODE« on the remote
control.
– Display: »
STEREO« briefly, »)«.
Note:
If you store radio stations as presets, the stereo/mono setting is
also transferred. You can then store a radio station specifically
as a stereo or mono channel.
