The remaining fields indicate:
•Tip($): the amount of the tip based on the figures entered.
•You pay: your share of the total check amount. This value is based on the figure
entered within the # paying field.
World time
This feature allows you to find out what time it is another part of world, using the
Left and Right Navigation keys.
Press the Options soft key for the following options:
• Save: this allows you to save your world time settings.
• Daylight Saving Time: use the key to place a check mark next to the cities
that you want to set daylight savings time. Each city listed represents a
time zone.
Synchronization
This feature allows you to back up (synchronize) Contact information (Phonebook),
Schedules (Calendar), and Tasks, stored on your phone with your T-Mobile account
on the network. Contact information edits synchronize on timed intervals with the
web Address Book.
Important!: Synchronization is a service offered to T-Mobile customers. Charges may apply.
Sync now
Once you determine the information you want to synchronize, this feature allows you
to synchronize with the T-Mobile network.
1. When the Idle mode displays, press the Menu soft key.
2. Scroll to Organizer using the Navigation keys and press the Select soft
key or the key.
3. Highlight Synchronization and press the Select soft key or the
key.
4. When you are presented with a “Would you like to store a copy of your
contacts on My.T-Mobile.com so you can view and manage your
contacts online?” screen press the key to agree to the sync process
or Cancel to halt the process.
5. The information synchronizes with the T-Mobile network and a
confirmation dialog displays when finished.
6. Press the key to return to Idle mode.
