Entering video labels
If the MEMORY/ENTER button is pressed for more
than 2 seconds on the character, a dot() will appear
by the character.
If the MEMORY/ENTER button is pressed without
selecting the desired character, the digit will be blank.
If 6 seconds elapses, repeat again from the step 2.
Each time the INPUT SELECTOR/INDEX knob is
rotated, the characters which can be selected are total
45 as follows ;
26 Capital Letters : A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P
Q R S T U V W X Y Z
10 Arabic Numerals : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0
9 Special Marks :
Select the first character of the video label
while the digit is flickering.

rest of up to 8 characters.

Rectifying or clearing a video label
Use this function to check the video components
connected to DVD, LDP, VCR 1 and AUX/TV jacks
each.
During play on the video components, press the
VIDEO LABELS and the VCR 1 RECORD buttons
simultaneously.
The respective input source or its label scrolls on the
display and you can check its video and audio
contents in turn as follows;
DVD LD PLAYER VCR 1 AUX/TV FRONT
AUX/TV REAR
During recording, do not check the video
components connected.
To clear a video label, make a blank on each digit,
then the video label is cleared and its video input
source will be displayed.
