Selecting a Preset Station
To select a preset station:

Select the desired tuning mode (AM or FM). Press the BAND button to
switch between the two modes.

If reception is weak in FM Stereo mode, press the FM ST/MONO button to

turn the FM Stereo option off (“FM AUTO” message not displayed). This

will improve reception by reducing static (but will also cancel the stereo
effect).
