6.1 Function check
Make sure that all final checks have been completed before you start up your measuring
point:
• Checklist “Post installation check” (see page 24).
• Checklist “Post connection check” (see page 30).
6.2 Commissioning
6.2.1 Switching on the measuring device
When the instrument is switched on for the first time, the following messages appear on
the display:

After 5 s, the following message appears

After 5 s or after you have pressed F the follow-
ing message appears
Select the language
(this message appears the first time the instrument
is switched on)
⇓
Select the basic unit
(this message appears the first time the instrument
is switched on)
⇓
The current measured value is displayed
⇓
After F is pressed, you reach the group selection.
This selection enables you to perform the basic
setup
