Adjustment according to the
playing source
The audio can be adjusted as desired according to the source
being played.

œ Press [SOUND] until the desired item appears on
the display.
Each time you press the key, the menu changes as
follows. Note that some items are not displayed
depending on speaker settings and listen mode.

Input source name Exit the adjustment mode.
* "RB" and "LB" can be selected when "BS L/R" is selected in
the speaker setup. "BS" can be selected when "BS MONO" is
selected in the speaker setup.

The adjustment is only temporary for the current input
selection. The value will return automatically to the original
setup value when the power is turned on/off or when the
input selection is changed.

Use the [MULTI CONTROL /5] to adjust the
setting as desired.

each item.
To exit the sound adjustment mode
Press [SOUND].
Speaker level adjustmentSpeaker level adjustment
The output level from the desired speaker channels can be fine
adjusted according to the properties of each disc.
The adjustment is only temporary for the current input selection.
The value will return automatically to the original setup value
when the power is turned on/off or when the input selection is
changed.
œ Press [SOUND] repeatedly until the speaker to be
adjusted ("C", "RS", "RB", "BS", LB", "LS", or "SW")
appears on the display.
Use the [MULTI CONTROL /5] to adjust the level.
é Repeat steps 1 and 2 to adjust the level of other
speakers.
Input level adjustmentInput level adjustment
Analog source only
If the input level of an analog source signal is too high, the CLIP
indicator will blink to indicate. Adjust the input level.
œ Press [SOUND] repeatedly until "INPUT" appears
on the display.
Use the [MULTI CONTROL /5] to adjust the level.
