3. Enter commands, one at a time, at the UClient prompt to copy files to
the printer. See ”Example File Copy” to get an idea of how a file copy
might work. UClient Commands” explains these commands in detail.
4. Select
Close
from UClient’s Connection menu to sever the PC/printer
connection.
5. Select
Exit
from UClient’s File menu to exit UClient.
6. Type
X on the printer’s keypad to exit UServe.
Example File Copy
Suppose that the application consists of a number of files in a directory
called “App” on the PC:
AUTOEXEC.BAT
CONFIG.SYS
Several .BAT files
The application’s .EXE file.
FORMAT.FMT
GR1.GPH
Several .GPH files
Several .TXT files
All of them should go in the root D:\ directory.
