Remove toner cartridges and

Open dust-proof glass cover.
Clean glass.
There are foreign particles adhering
to laser beam opening of printhead.
Clean laser beam opening.
2 Toner cartridge Foreign particles mixed in toner
cartridge. Replace faulty cartridge.
