Page Button that will be replaced by the new page button. The current
Page Button is now replaced by the new Page Button.

Numbers Displays flight data (moved to the Tools Menu if XM and GDL 39
are configured).
Doc Viewer Displays the document viewer.
Charts Displays the VFR or IFR charts.

Displays second-level Weather Icons (XM aera 796 all models with
GDL39
