A nonmeshed topology consists of bridge/routers that are not connected
directly to every other bridge/router, like in a Boundary Routing topology.
To achieve connectivity between all bridge/routers, create virtual ports for
each remote site on the central site so traffic can pass from one remote
site to another over the same parent port.
