No sound of CD-DA (audio CD) disc is audible.
● If no sound is audible from the speakers, etc., connected to your computer, make
sure that your audio cable is connected correctly between the sound card and your
computer. (→P. 21)
● For users with Windows Me, no sound is audible from your headphones
connected to the headphone jack located on the front panel of the CRW2200E
drive. Make sure settings are as shown below. (When you are using the Windows
Media Player 7.0 with Windows Me, above symptom is known to exist.)

➀ Open the “YAMAHA CRW2200E Properties” window and click on the
“Properties” tab.
➁ Uncheck the “Enable digital CD audio for this CD-ROM device.” check box.

window, then click on the “CD Audio” tab.
