After connecting the AC power
adaptor, no clock appears and the
demonstration starts playing.
The unit is set to play the demonstration (page 13). If you do not
want the demonstration to play, set the clock (page 15).
This device does not respond to
any operations.
This device does not work
correctly.
The unit’s internal system may be malfunctioning, or the unit
may be suffering from strong electrical noise caused by power
supply abnormalities due to being dropped, excessive static
electricity, or lightning. In this case, disconnect the AC power
adaptor, wait about 30 seconds, and then reconnect it.
The remote control does not work.
The batteries of the remote control may not be inserted correctly.
Insert the batteries into the remote control correctly (page 12).
The batteries are weak.
There are no batteries inside.
Point the remote control at the remote sensor of the unit.
An inverter circuit for a fluorescent light is near the unit. Move
the unit away from the circuit.
There is no sound from the
speakers.
Headphones are connected. Disconnect them.
Release pause.
The volume is minimized. Turn up the volume.
There is no sound from the
headphones.
Your headphones may not be plugged securely into the unit. Plug
them in securely.
The entire title (of a track, radio
station, etc.) cannot be displayed.
Due to system limitations, about 120 characters is the maximum
number of characters that can be displayed per title.
The volume from the external
device connected to the AUDIO IN
jack is too low.
Press SETTINGS and select [Option] – [AUDIO IN sensitivity] –
[High (Headphone out)].
