SURROUND BACK
• Be sure to complete all connections before connecting this unit to the AC power source.
• If you are using only one surround back speaker, connect the positive wire to the right
channel (+) terminal, and the negative wire to the left channel (–) terminal (shown above).
• If you select subwoofer (SB SUBWF) in the Surround back speaker setting (see page 37) you
can hook up a subwoofer instead of speakers to the surround back speaker terminals. Connect
the wires just as above, connecting the positive wire to the right channel (+) terminal, and the
negative wire to the left channel (–) terminal.

If you only have one surround back speaker connect as below. You could also use this method for a
subwoofer when using the surround back speaker terminal for a passive subwoofer.
