Checking the timer settings
If you’ve set the wake-up timer, you can check the
settings while the system is in standby.
1 With the system in standby, press
CLOCK/TIMER.
The display shows the timer settings:
ON 9:3O am
TIMER CHECK
OFF 1O:3O am
DVD/CD
VOLUME 12
CHECK END
Using the sleep timer
The sleep timer switches the system into standby after a
specified amount of time so that you can fall asleep
without worrying about the stereo being left on all night.
If you've also set the wake up timer this is important
since the wake up timer will only work if the system is in
standby.
1 Press CLOCK/TIMER and select SLEEP
TIMER.

• Press 2 or 3 to change the displayed option. Press
ENTER to select an option.
