Play a Specific Location on a Track
When playing a CD or Super Audio CD, you can
specify the track number and the start time from which
to play back the track. When using a disc containing
MP3 or WMA tracks, you can specify the folder
number and track number.
This is explained below, using the example of the
procedure for specifying the track in the next location.
Press the remote controller's SEARCH button.
When playing back MP3 or WMA files, use the
number keys to specify the folder in which the
desired track is located, and then press the
FOLDER / buttons.
Notes
- If there are no playable files in the specified folder, then "**-
RTN" will appear in the player's display. (The asterisks (**)
are the number of the next folder up in the hierarchy.)
If this appears, return to step 1, or press the
FOLDER / buttons on the remote controller to specify a
folder.
- If you press the TRACK / buttons, "**-RTN" will appear.
When this appears, press the ENTER button to move up one
folder in the hierarchy.
Use the number keys to specify a track
number, then press the ENTER button.
The selected track is played.

When using a CD or Super Audio CD disc, you can
select which track to play back.
When using a CD containing MP3 or WMA tracks,
you can select the track and folder to play back.
To select the folder, press the remote controller's
FOLDER and buttons. To select the track, press the
TRACK and buttons.
