This command causes
the CAT 860 to return a
query response packet
containing up to sixteen
<param> characters. Each
<param> value represents
one ASCII character of a
string indicating the product
model and software version.
If the command is not
received properly, the CAT
860 responds by sending a
<NACK> character.
