Receiving a broadcast station (other than RDS stations)

÷ Usually, set the switch to AUTO (auto tuning).
Select HIGH BLEND (available with the KTF-3010 only) or MANUAL
when the radio waves are weak and there is a lot of noise
interference.(The stereo broadcasting is received in monaural dur-
ing manual tuning.)
Each time the ACTIVE RECEPTION key is pressed, the setting
changes.
1 ON (AR indicator lit ): when switching the IF BAND, RF ATT and
ANT A/B functions automatically.
2 OFF (AR indicator not lit ):
when switching these functions manually.
÷ Usually, set ACTIVE RECEPTION key to ON.
÷ FM broadcasts are received in the optimum reception conditions.
Auto tuning : The next station found is tuned automatically.
Manual tuning : Keep turning the knob, checking the display, until you
tune in on a station.

Preparation
