Prepare for playback.
① Turn on the power of the TV, subwoofer and player.
② Set the TV’s input to the AVR-890.
③ Load the disc in the player.

DVD players.
Use the same procedure to play other components.
Playing Blu-ray Disc / DVD Players
The music / video on an iPod can be played by using the control
dock for iPod (ASD-1R, ASD-11R, ASD-3N or ASD-3W sold
separately).
Connect the control dock for iPod beforehand (vpage 14 “iPod
®
”).

Prepare for playback.
q Set the iPod in the DENON control dock
for iPod.
w Assign the control dock for iPod’s input
(vpage 35).
e Set to “MAIN/TV” to “MAIN”.

Turn on the AVR-890’s power.
