Calculator Menu 6-3
You can use the phone as a 9-digit calculator. The
calculator performs basic mathematical functions;
addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
Percentage operation is also available.
To use the calculator, proceed as follows.
1. To start calculating, press the Ok soft key.
2. Enter the first figure using the number keys.
3. Press the Operator soft key until you find the
desired mathematical symbol; + (add), - (subtract),
x (multiply), / (divide).
4. Enter the second figure.
5. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 if necessary.
6. To get the result, press the Equal soft key or .
To fix an entry mistake or clear the display, use .
To use decimal point, press . It calculates to two
decimal places.
To set the alarm, proceed as follows.
1. Select an alarm type by pressing the Select soft
key.
2. Set Alarm option allows you to set the alarm time
or days of the week.
If you choose Weekly Alarm, select the required
day of the week and press . The

symbol
appears to indicate that the day is selected. Repeat
as necessary.
To remove it, press .
You can set more than one day.
3. Press the Ok soft key.
4. Enter the required time, then press the Ok soft key.
Alarm Activated is displayed.
Once an alarm has been set, you can see the alarm
icon ( ) in the top of the display. To stop the alarm
when it rings, open the phone and press any key.
To deactivate the alarm, select Remove Alarm.
N o t e :
If no battery is attached to the phone when the
a l a rm is to ring or the battery is discharged, the
a l a rm does not ring. A daily or weekly alarm ,
h o w e v e r, remains activated and will ring when
next triggered, provided that the phone is
p o w e r ed by a battery.
