Voice Memo Management
You can use your phone to record voice memos for later
playback. You can also record the caller on the other
end of the line during a phone conversation.
Note: There is limited space for the number and length of recordings.
The maximum number of voice memos is 10.
The maximum length for a single voice memo is 60 seconds.
Record a Voice Memo
1. In standby mode, press the Menu (left) soft key ( ),
then press (for Tools), (for Voice Kit), for
Voice Memo, and for Record. The phone prompts,
Please record after the beep.
Tip: In standby mode, press and hold until the phone prompts,
Please say a command.” Say “Voice Memo” into the microphone
to launch Voice Memo.
2. Wait for the beep, then start speaking. As it is recording
the phone displays a countdown timer that shows the
seconds remaining for the recording.
To pause the memo, press the Pause (left) soft key ( ). When
a memo is paused, select Resume to resume recording.
3. Press the Stop (right) soft key ( ) once you’re finished
recording. The following options appear in the display:
Review—Replay the voice memo that you just recorded.
Rerecord—Record over the voice memo that you just
recorded.
Save—Save the voice memo that you just recorded.
Quit—Exit to the previous (Voice Memo) menu.
