If you turn off the video monitor connected to the HDMI OUT
jack via a DVI connection, the connection may fail. In this case,
the HDMI indicator flashes irregularly.

To select the types of the audio signals output at the HDMI
OUT jack, configure the “HDMI AUDIO” setting (page 80).
