Check recognition of the CRW3200IX drive.
After connecting the CRW3200IX drive to the computer, follow the steps
below to check that the drive is recognized by the computer properly.

Select Apple System Profiler from the Apple menu.

Select Devices and Volumes.
3 “fw609e” and “sbp609e” (or drive names in some versions) in the
“FireWire” column should be shown when the CRW3200IX drive has
been recognized properly.
