Advanced Settings
Settings and adjustments using the AMP menu
You can set the following items with AMP MENU on the remote control.
The default settings are underlined.
Your settings are retained even if you disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead).
1 Press AMP MENU to turn on the AMP menu.
2 Press (return)/ (select)/ (proceed) repeatedly to select the item
and press to decide the setting.
3 Press AMP MENU to turn off the AMP menu.

Menu items Function
LEVEL VOICE Adjusts the voice level.
The parameters range from “6” to “+6” in 1-step
increments.
SW LVL Adjusts the subwoofer level.
The parameters range from “6” to “+6” in 1-step
increments.
DRC
(DYNAMIC RANGE
CONTROL)
Useful for enjoying movies at low sound volume. DRC
applies to Dolby Digital sources.
ON: Compresses sound in accordance with the information
contained in the content.
AUTO: Compresses sound encoded in Dolby TrueHD
automatically.
OFF: Sound is not compressed.
TONE BASS Adjusts the bass level.
The parameters range from “6” to “+6” in 1-step
increments.
TREBLE Adjusts the treble level.
The parameters range from “6” to “+6” in 1-step
increments.
