Auxiliary input socket
1. Pull forward the door on the bottom right hand corner and connect a
stereo or mono audio source (e.g. CD player, MP3 player, etc.) to the
Auxiliary input socket.
2. Touch the Standby button to switch on the radio and the display will
show "AUX IN".
3. Adjust the Volume control on your player for comfortable listening.
4. Remove the cable from the Auxiliary input socket to cancel auxiliary
input mode.
Note: The volume control on your radio is bypassed when using the Auxiliary
Input. Therefore you must use the volume control on the connected player
to set the listening level as needed.

Display backlight
1. The display backlight is set to a low level when your radio is switched
off, and to a brighter level when the radio is in use.
