Preparing the Remote Control
Inserting the Batteries
1. Open the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert the new battery. Make sure
that the positive and negative
terminals of the battery are oriented
as indicated.
3. Close the cover.
Battery: Two AAA size battery
Using the Remote Control
Face the remote control towards the player
front face remote control signal receiver.
Operation angle: About ± 30 degree in each
the direction of the front of the remote sensor.
Location and Function of Keys
REMOTE CONTROL
1. SUB-T Change of the SUBTITLE language on multi-subtitle language DVD disc.
2. ANGLE Change of the view angle on multi-angle DVD disc.
3. CONSOLE Display statistical disc information during playback.
4. SETUP In DVD mode, press to display the SETUP menu.
5. P/N Switch between PAL mode and NTSC mode.
6. AUDIO Change of the AUDIO soundtrack on multi-audio soundtrack DVD disc.
Change of the sound mode of the VCD/CD discs.
7. TITLE Display the TITLE menu that is stored in DVD disc.
8. MENU Display the root menu that is stored on the DVD disc.
9. / , / In some menus / , / buttons served as cursor buttons to select
item left/right, up/down.
10. OK Confirm the Track/Chapter selected with the numeric buttons or selected
with the cursor buttons on TV screen.

/ Press for slow forward and for slow reverse playback motion.

Press to begin playing disc. When the disc is playing, press to pause
the disc. Press it again to resume play.

/ Press to search forward rapidly & to search reverse rapidly.

/ Press to skip to the next track/chapter & press to skip back one
track/chapter.

Press it to stop playback.

17. CLEAR When you input a number in error, press the button to clear it.
18. ZOOM Allows the picture to be increased in size.
19. BOOKMK During playback, press to enter bookmark function.
20. GOTO Press to select the bookmark that you set.
21. PBC Changing between PBC ON and PBC OFF on the VCD disc.
22. RANDOM Allows the tracks to be played in random order.
23. PROG Allows the tracks to be played in the order you programmed.
24. REPEAT Switch the Repeat mode of discs.
25. A-B A-B repeat allows a passage to be repeated continuously.
