Erasing a single track
(TRACK ERASE)
or erasing all tracks on a disc
(ALL ERASE)
TRACK ERASE
During playback, it is possible to erase only the track be-
ing played. The track numbers of the tracks after the erased
track will be adjusted.
Be careful in using this operation because a track cannot
be recovered once it has been erased.
Make the preparations.

Select the ERASE mode.

Execute the erase operation.
÷The track is erased (together with the track title).
÷If editing has been started during playback, playback restarts
automatically from the track after the erased track.
ALL ERASE
During stop, all tracks can be erased. Be careful in using
this operation because the tracks cannot be recovered once
the entire minidisc has been erased.
÷All tracks on a disc are erased (together with the disc title).
To erase one track (TRACK ERASE)
÷Editing is aborted if no operation has been performed for 8
seconds.
1Select “ERASE”.
Each press switches the operation.

2 DIVIDE ? (Dividing a track)
3 COMBINE ? (Combining tracks)
4 Editing cancelled

1Select “ALL ERASE”.
Each press switches the operation.
1 ALL ERASE ? (Erasing of all tracks)
2 MOVE ? (Dividing a track)
3 COMBINE ? (Combining tracks)
4 Editing cancelled
Select the track to be erased.
