Let's put out some sound
In regard to DISPLAY key
In regard to the TIME DISPLAY key
÷“BLANK DISC” is displayed when not even one track has been re-
corded. (When there is a disc title, the disc title will be displayed.)
This can be used to change the time display type at the MD
recorder section.
Each press switches the modes as follows.
During playback
1 Elapsed time of track being played
2 Remaining time of track being played
3 Recordable time for the entire minidisc
In stopped condition
1 Elapsed time of track (0:00 indication)
2 Remaining time of track (-0:00 indication)
3 Total recorded time for the entire minidisc
4 Recordable time for the entire minidisc
During recording
1 Elapsed time of the track being recorded
2 Recordable time for the entire minidisc
The MD title display type (minidisc name, track name) can
be switched.

Track title indication (during playback) and peak level meter
(independent L and R) indication
DISPLAY
÷When the key is pressed while only the peak level meter of item 3
is being indicated, the indication will switch to 2 Character indication
and peak level meter indication only when required, and it will return
to the original indication after a few seconds.
