This unit incorporates a clock function. It is necessary to set the correct time before using the timer
functions. The time can be displayed only while the power is in standby.

Select “Clock Options”.

Select “Adjust Time”.

Adjust the hour.

Adjust the minute.

Start the clock.
Clock adjustment
÷ The time display starts to blink.
÷ Press the SET key. The hour is entered and the minute
display starts to blink.
Example: Setting the time to 8:45 in the morning
The following items can be selected by pressing the
MULTI CONTROL keys repeatedly.
“Sleep Timer”
“Adjust Time”
“Timer Play”
“Auto Power Save”

÷ Press the BACK key to return to the previous step and
restart operation from there.
÷ To set the time precisely, press the ENTER key at the
same moment as a time announcement.

+“Clock Options” is scrolled in the display
(In standby mode or when the MD/DVD (NV-301
only) or VIDEO/6ch IN (NV-701 only) input is
selected.)
÷ The clock is reset and the clock display blinks if the power
cord has been unplugged from the AC power outlet and
plugged in again, or after a power failure. In this case, set
the time again.
(Displayed for approximately 5 seconds)
