When you set the playback timer
while the System is turned on, press
to turn off the System.
• The playback timer is available only while
the System is turned off.
NOTE
• You can return to the previous step by pressing
.
• You can quit the playback timer settings by
pressing as required. The settings will not
be stored.
When the playback timer starts, the volume
gradually increases to the selected level.
• You can turn off the volume temporarily while the
playback timer is working. Refer to "Using the
Snooze Function" on page 22.
■ To cancel the playback timer
In step 2 on page 20, select the timer number you
want to cancel, then press .
Even though you cancel the playback timer, the
setting remains stored.
■ To activate the playback timer again
In step 2 on page 20, select the timer number you
want to activate, then press . The settings
appear on the display window.
NOTE
• To activate two or three timers, leave an interval at
least 3 minutes between the ending time of the first
timer and the starting time of the second one.
Otherwise the second timer does not work.
• When the power cord is disconnected or a power
failure occurs, the timer settings may be lost. If
the settings are lost, set the clock and timers
again.
