OPERATING THE AUDIO/VIDEO SCALER PRO WITH AMPLIFIER
When initially powering on HDMI or DVI-D sources, it is important to have •
the A/V Scaler Pro with Amplifi er’s input selected to that source to ensure
that the EDID (display information) is relayed properly.
Only use speakers with an impedance of 8• Ω with the A/V Scaler Pro with
Amplifi er.
Discrete switching is available using the RS-232 serial communications port. •
Please see page 17 for more information.
Only 2-channel stereo audio sources are output through the amplifi ed •
speaker terminals. Multi-channel audio will not be output through these
speaker outputs.
