ELECTRICAL LINE INSTALLATION
120 VOLTS AC FOR BLOWER (optional) SYSTEM
A licensed electrician should be employed to bring electrical power to the Inglenook Fireplace.
Power is only required if, during the lifetime of an Inglenook, a customer might decide to install the
optional blower motor. Since the Inglenook is usually “built-in” the decision to provide electricity to
the Inglenook fireplace must be made during original installation. The cost of adding power at a later
date is expensive and disruptive in order to properly run wires and blower controls, if required or
needed by the homeowner.
The Inglenook optional blower system requires a 120-volt alternating current, 15-ampere, 60-Hertz
circuit to be provided. Figure 20 shows the basic electrical diagram for the Inglenook’s optional
blower system. All necessary parts can be obtained from your local Country Flame Dealer or local
representatives of the electrical trades.
CAUTION: Moving parts may cause Injury. Once the optional blower system has been
installed do not operate the Inglenook with its lower grill open.

BLOWER (optional) INSTALLATION
The Inglenook Fireplace utilizes an optional blower motor system. The optional blower kit can be

receptacle that should be wired by a certified electrician during the Inglenook initial installation.
Before beginning any installation of the optional blower system, ensure that power is disconnected
from the source of electrical supply. This optional blower system is installed in three basic steps: a)
install the blower motor behind the ash housing as it is held in place by magnets; b) install the snap
