Troubleshooting
Write MP3/WMA files onto the disc properly.
Use MP3/WMA files encoded properly.
Use ISO9660 level 1, 2 or JOLIET or Romeo
file system.
Clean the disc with a soft cloth.
Replace with a disc with no scratches.
