Sleep Timer
You can use the sleep timer to turn off the radio or to stop disc
playback automatically after the specified time (up to 90 minutes).
Operate during radio reception or disc playback.
1Keep SLEEP pressed for more than 2 seconds.
SLEEP and 90 flash in the display.
2 Press SLEEP repeatedly to select the desired sleep time.
Each time SLEEP is pressed, the time changes as follows:
→ 90 → 80 → 70 → 60 → 50 → 40 → 30 → 20 → 10 → 2 → OFF
Once the desired time is selected, wait for about 3 seconds
until the display changes to the CD or radio display and SLEEP
lights.
To cancel the sleep timer
Press POWER 6 STANDBY/ON.
SLEEP disappears and the unit is turned off.
To check the remaining time until the unit sleeps
Press SLEEP shortly. The remaining time is displayed for about
3 seconds.
To change the sleep time
Press SLEEP once, and set the sleep time again, following the
step 1 and 2.
