LENGTH OF COVERAGE: This warranty

tial date of purchase, or until the end of the

WHA T IS COVERED: REPAIR OR RE-
PLACEMENT OF P ARTS. Repair or replace-
ment ofany warranted part will be performed at
no charge to the owner at an approved WEED

period of time up to the first scheduled re-
placement point for that part. DIAGNOSIS:
Theownershallnotbechargedfordiagnostic
labor which leads to the determination that a
warranted part is defective if the diagnostic
work is performed at an approved WEED
EA TER servicing center. CONSEQUEN-
TIALDAMAGES: WEED EATER may be li-
able for damages to ot her engine compo-
nents caused by the failure of a warranted
partstillunderwarranty.WHATISNOTCOV-
ERED:Allfailures causedby abuse, neglect,
or improper maintenance are not covered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED PARTS: The use
of add--on or modified parts can be grounds
for disallowingawarrantyclaim. WEEDEA T-
ER is notliable tocover failures ofwarranted
parts caused by the use of add--on or modi-
