Setting Text Entry Options
1. Select > Settings > Text Entry.
2. Select an option and press :

Auto-Capital to set the auto-capitalisation to Onor Off.

Auto-Space to set the auto-spacing to Onor Off after T9
words you enter.

My Words to add a word to or edit a word in the T9
database (see page 27).

T9 Settings to customise the T9 settings (see page 27).

Default Input to select T9 word, Alphabet, or Retain Mode for
the initial entry mode. Select Retain Mode to retain the
previous entry mode (see page 26).

Add Word to store words that you use frequently
(see page 27).

Auto-Complete to automatically display words that may
follow the current text input.

Setting Call Answer
This feature allows you to answer incoming calls by pressing
,
any key (except , ,softkeys, and sidekeys), or
opening your phone.
1. Select > Settings > More... > Call Setup > Call Answer.
2. Select Talk Key, Any Key,or Flip Open.
Auto Answer Mode
This feature sets the phone to automatically pick up incoming
calls in speakerphone mode or hands-free mode when
connected to an optional hands-free device.
1. Select > Settings > More... > Call Setup > Auto-Answer.
2. Select Hands-freeor Speakerphone.
3. Select 5 Seconds, 15 Seconds, or Off.
