Digital Zoom
You can select the maximum zoom level. Note that the image quality decreases when you use the digital
zoom.
1.
[Camera/Mic] [ Camera Settings] [Digital Zoom].
2. Select the desired item.
Off
HDR-CX250/CX260V/PJ260/PJ260V/XR260V: Up to 55
zoom is performed.
HDR-CX580V/PJ580/PJ580V/PJ600/PJ600V: Up to 20
zoom is performed.
350
(HDR-CX250/CX260V/PJ260/PJ260V/XR260V)
Up to 350
zoom is performed digitally.
160
(HDR-CX580V/PJ580/PJ580V/PJ600/PJ600V)
Up to 160
zoom is performed digitally.
A: The zooming zone appears when you select [350 ] or [160 ].
Notes
You can magnify images up to the following levels using optical zooming, unless [
SteadyShot] is
set to [Active].
HDR-CX250/CX260V/PJ260/PJ260V/XR260V: Up to 30
zoom is performed.
HDR-CX580V/PJ580/PJ580V/PJ600/PJ600V: Up to 12
zoom is performed.
